FESTIVAL GIRLS TOPS  are made from the softest pashmina.   Pashmina is a combination os the finest cashmere wool and silk. 
The tops are made with an open seam sleeve with stitches at the wrist and underarm.
They are shorter and meant to be worn with a bandeau bra or light tank top.
They look beautiful on.  Looks great with jeans and long skirts.
This one is fiery red with Phoenix birds woven in.
